How Do I Log Into the Site?

Follow these steps to log into your account:

  1. Visit our website and click Login in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter your username or email address and password.
  3. Click Log In to access your dashboard.

If you’re enrolled in any courses, they will appear in your dashboard under the “My Courses” section.

I Forgot My Password. How Can I Reset It?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Login Page.
  2. Click Lost your password? below the login form.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link, create a new password, and save your changes.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

I Can’t Log In. What Should I Do?

Here are some common fixes:

  • Check your email and password: Ensure you’re using the correct credentials.
  • Reset your password: Follow the password reset steps mentioned above.

Why do I need to do this?

Clearing cookies and cache helps improve your browser’s performance, resolve’s course loading issues, and protect your privacy. Follow the steps below for your device or browser:

For Desktop Browsers

Google Chrome (Windows/Mac):

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  4. Select a Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 7 days, All time).
  5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox (Windows/Mac):

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  5. Check both options, then click Clear.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
  4. Click Choose what to clear.
  5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data, then select Remove All.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
