How Do I Log Into the Site?
Follow these steps to log into your account:
- Visit our website and click Login in the top-right corner.
- Enter your username or email address and password.
- Click Log In to access your dashboard.
If you’re enrolled in any courses, they will appear in your dashboard under the “My Courses” section.
I Forgot My Password. How Can I Reset It?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to the Login Page.
- Click Lost your password? below the login form.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
- Click the link, create a new password, and save your changes.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
I Can’t Log In. What Should I Do?
Here are some common fixes:
- Check your email and password: Ensure you’re using the correct credentials.
- Reset your password: Follow the password reset steps mentioned above.
- Clear your browser’s cookies and cache: Refer to this guide for clearing cookies and cache.

How To Clear Cookies & Cache on Your Device
Why do I need to do this?
Clearing cookies and cache helps improve your browser’s performance, resolve’s course loading issues, and protect your privacy. Follow the steps below for your device or browser:
For Desktop Browsers
Google Chrome (Windows/Mac):
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Select a Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 7 days, All time).
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox (Windows/Mac):
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
- Check both options, then click Clear.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
- Click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac):
- Open Safari.
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data, then select Remove All.
- Confirm by clicking Remove Now.

- Tap Delete browsing data.
- Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
- Tap Delete.
Firefox (Android/iOS):
- Open the Firefox app.
- Tap the three-line menu (top-right on Android, bottom-right on iOS).
- Go to Settings > Delete browsing data.
- Check Cookies and Cache.
